Mary Ann Rege, M.A., is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist with an LGBTQ Specialization. In her work with individuals and groups, Mary Ann takes a whole person approach through Mindfulness-Oriented and Affirmative Psychotherapies. She is a Trained HealthRHYTHMS® and SoulCollage® Facilitator who utilizes empowerment drumming and Jungian-based art modalities to expand well-being beyond what one has ever imagined.
After a life changing experience with Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Mary Ann went on to complete the Teacher Foundational Training in MBSR and Mindfulness-Based Relapse Prevention (MBRP) through the University of California, San Diego. She teaches those struggling with substance abuse how to take a pause and make skillful choices.
Mary Ann blends classical meditation drawn from her training in Kyoto, Japan with contemporary mindfulness practices. Her greatest desire is to help you achieve inner peace and harmony of self so that your “boat stays afloat no matter the size of the wave.”
