Dr. B. Jane Wick, a clinical psychologist, has been in private practice in Pasadena, California since 1989. In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Wick has trained and supervised psychology graduate students throughout her career. Following her passion for working with horses she now practices Equine Assisted Psychotherapy a short 45min drive from LA in Santa Clarita, CA. Dr. Wick is currently teaching and training individuals and groups using the Equine Assisted modality. Because horses and donkeys only “live in the now,” she asserts that they are wonderful “co-therapists and teachers” for mindful living! The natural setting of the Denim ’n Dirt Ranch lends itself well to Mindfulness retreats and Mindfulness skills building classes. Dr. Wick brings with her a great deal of clinical experience and is an expert in the subject of depression, anxiety, bereavement and relationship difficulties. Dr. Wick works with individuals, couples, families and groups in both her Pasadena office and in her Denim ’n Dirt arena office in Santa Clarita.

I’m wondering if Dr. Wick is accepting new clients and does she accept Optum insurance.

    Hello Dr Wick
Tried to call you several times at X 15, it says invalid.
Ran across your website and your equine program.
Recently moved back to the west coast, would love the opportunity to help with what you are doing. Would be happy to volunteer.
I have over 25 years working with equine assisted therapy, over 35 in behavioral health and over 60 years experience with livestock.
Most my work is around mindfulness.
Right now I am working out of Will Rogers State Park and worked with the State of California for years with equine experiential work.

    Hope to hear from you
    Brad
