Course: A Taste of Mindful Eating
Michelle Schnider is an Integrative Nutrition Coach and trained Mindfulness Based Eating Awareness teacher. Her personal commitment to daily meditation practice over the last 10+ years and her passion for helping others live healthier lives inspired her take courses in MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) and become an MB-EAT teacher (Mindfulness Based Eating Awareness Training). Michelle believes that we must be truly awake in our lives to do the work of becoming our healthiest selves. Therefore, Michelle guides each of her clients on a personalized journey of self-discovery where she combines mindfulness, self-love practices, and nutrition education to help promote positive, meaningful and sustainable change. Since food is just one piece of the larger puzzle, Michelle works to understand the whole person to get to the root of what is keeping clients from living a healthy life. In addition to leading classes and coaching individual clients, Michelle is a recurring expert for health and wellness segments in the media.
As a mother of two, Michelle also understands parenthood’s daily challenges and the impact one’s health and happiness has on themselves and those around them. Therefore, she works to support and assist in the health and well-being of parents and their families.
